A drop of rain
A raindrop on my palm,
intoxicating summer wind; I admire
that fragrant game of lights.
In each raindrop, a rainbow is confined
as is amidst the circle of the sun the youth of mine.
Wonderful is the play of raindrops
On this summer day
and the smell of the fresh-cut grass:
a breath of youth, so delicate,
In the springtime.
Only an occasional, clear tear
on the leaf of the grass falls,
on the moist ground,
amidst the drops of rain.
My youth,
that the wind reigns,
like summer rainbow
amidst the drop of rain.
